| Golf Information: Fuerteventura is an idyllic location for the perfect Golfing holiday. Blessed with a subtropical climate, Fuerteventura enjoys an average temperature of 25o C, making this an all year round destination for golf, or indeed any other sporting activity. The course is a par 71 extending 6078 metres, with a mild descent from the Clubhouse Hotel towards the sea. The course is basically flat with the exception of the 17th and 18th holes. The 17th a par 5, gently climbs to a well-protected green and the 18th, a par 4, is a downhill dogleg that returns to the clubhouse. The dominating breeze comes from the north, and when it blows strongly, it converts the course into a real challenge for a player's skill. The course excels for its simplicity and beauty. | |
| On the course you will find three large lakes with a stream that meanders between them, with water fountains, several bridges, palm trees, and footpaths, making this a picturesque, and relaxing course to play on. The practice facilities include a 50 bay driving range, a large putting green, and a second green for chipping and bunker shots. Professional tuition is available in several languages. The clubhouse which is based in the Elba Palace Hotel {5 Star Hotel} includes a large pro-shop, and an outside terrace with a garden area, a relaxing bar, and an excellent restaurant.
